Alyzabeth's 18th Birthday!

Friday: After school, I picked up the smoked pork butt from our church FIUMC. We made pork tacos for dinner, along with AA's ice cream birthday cake and candles. She's 18! Leaving for school:
In the evening, she opened her family gifts; she asked for dog food donations in lieu of gifts from family and friends. We wrapped up a few things, usually more on the practical sense, things she needs as she does not ask for anything for herself. We gave her two pair leggings, two sets of socks (she has only her million pairs of golf socks), a Brother printer (to take to college next year), ramen noodle microwave cooker, scent stuff for her car and a bed/adjustable lap tray. My Mom sent her money for dog food and a sapphire necklace. Terri sent a Target gift card for dog food and something for herself. People are bringing dog food so will collect for the next few weeks.
From Nana Ann:
Saturday: We didn't have much sleep, but Ford did sleep for a couple of hours in the morning. AA drove us to Mikato's at 4:15 p.m., allowing time for any traffic snarls. We really enjoyed the dinner with all the family - missing Kilee, Mia and Carolyn (besides the ones we are estranged from). The food was delicious - took half home. Marsha was on a liquid diet; Miles didn't order a dinner so only 17 had meals. We did rush Justin and Avery at the end, they got the free birthday ice cream dessert.

Driving to SA:
Back home she tried on the onesie from Leaa and Nicole. So cute!
A very happy celebration!
