Maine + Boston!

Spring Break. I jotted daily notes in my email so I would remember all that we did on AA's spring break.
Saturday: Arrived at the Jacksonville airport, two hours early, no stress, easy through the security and then the wait until boarding.
Once on the plane, we heard lots of noise and banging in the cargo area, with excuses about still loading. We were about 50 minutes late taking off, happy we have a 1.5 hour wait for our next flight in Detroit. Once in Detroit, we lucked out with our PWM departing gate was next door to our arriving. Many people on our JAX flight where heading to Portland.
We found Terri easily and we were off to her house eating Italian sandwiches. The weather was great, clear and cool, no precipitation.
Sunday: We slept well at Terri's including the time change - spring forward an hour.
Sunday: We decided to meet up at L.L. Bean's and then Mast Landing/Night Hawk Restaurant. I bought a pair of L.L. Bean hiking boots. Visited with Hilary, Melissa, Mom, Britney and Chloe. Aunti Jean has an eye infection, Jim at snowmobile run and Patti busy with church, Andrew was doing his Sunday training. All last minute as we didn't know who was sick, and thankfully Mom tested negative for COVID, but she and Melissa were still in recovery mode.

Thankful to those who met us in Freeport at Mast Landing Brewery/Nighthawk's Kitchen for lunch:
Terri, Hilary and Mom chatted most of the visit:
Fish Tacos:
We stopped by Heather/Chris' new home for a visit; Anthony and Autumn were just arriving home from their Grandparents home (weekend sleep over).
Monday: Quiet morning, Terri had muffins and waffles all made up for breakfasts. AA tried to help Terri use Facetime on her iPad with Dick Blaisdell (in California). It was hilarious for a while, connecting with him, could not hear him, finally decided it was Terri's iPad but it worked fine connecting with me on Facetime. Terri used my phone to show Dick around her home.
Headed to University of Maine, Orono, then visited Jamie and family. So many changes on the UMO campus, new buildings, refurbished football stadium, etc.
My dormitory for three years - Androscoggin.
No pictures from our visit with Jamie, the kids arrived home from school, Brandon had to go to work at McDonalds, Big B was on a conference call and Greyson was a bit shy. All good to see them.
