Week of July 18th - NFJG Tournaments, Tree Tech

Monday: NFJG Tournament South Hampton. Working at home, grocery shopped, house chores, stripping bed sheets, planning, preparations for dinner - made Crafting Chicks' spinach pasta chicken salad and a zucchini and spinach bake Ford found (purposely adding more iron-rich-foods).
Tuesday: Morning with Ginger:
Tree Tech removing two palm trees and pruning our large crepe myrtle.
Quick trip to Pat's Nursery for two yellow hanging plants and AA driving the truck for the first time (just in the cul-de-sac).
Purchased Woman's World with Sarah's birth mother story:
Sunset!
Wednesday: San Jose: Stephanie golfing at 12:30, thankfully they got in six holes before the thunder/lightning came. Then 5 p.m. to the FIGC for PGA Jr. All-Star practice, which it also was curtailed after 45 minutes due to storms. AA drove home from the golf course in the rain:
And Tree Tech returned to remove the palm tree debris:
I made an easy dinner of "Alabama" Conecuh Sausage, summer squash and onions. Pretty good!
Thursday: NFJG Tournament at TPC Sawgrass - Valley course (separate post). Preparations for weekend with Bill and Joan (outside chores, grocery shopping, Sweet Sensation chicken salad, washing dishes, walking Ginger, made deviled eggs, etc.). Bought a few new plants:
Friday: Bill and Joan visited, we enjoyed a long light lunch together of Sweet Sensation chicken salad, deviled eggs, cheese, crackers, pickles, etc. Catching up on family news. They left around 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: NFJG King and Bear, two-day tournament (separate post). I stayed home for a few hours, did dishes, and walked Ginger before driving to the King and Bear course.
Sunday: Another day at King and Bear. Each day, come home to take showers - so hot out. Today was a bit cooler, no rain and enjoyed our second lunch in the golf course cafe. Bill and Joan left to begin their drive home to Missouri. We all fell into bed - tired!
