San Jose Golf Club is a wonderful course, enjoyed watching AA play 17.5 holes (I arrived a bit late, worked for an hour, took Ginger for a walk before driving to San Jose). From my Facebook post: More golfing tournaments than we can count! She's on a roll - another 2nd place at #sanjosegolf and Country Club. Beautiful club, amazing staff - welcomed the #nfjg junior golfers. AA had seven par's in a row, then five bogeys in next 11 holes. Not too bad (she is very unhappy, one stroke from 1st place!). Didn't make to green in regulation a few times, three putted once and her last hole hit a fairway bunker then blasted it into a front green bunker! Great recovery from each obstacle. Each shot is her next best opportunity! Scores keep getting lower. Three more days of tournaments before school begins, when the High School Golf Team takes up her time. Love seeing her keep swinging!

In the Elite Tour Boys Division Ponte Vedra’s Ryan Nicholson continues his fine play as he took home field advantage away from Jacksonville’s Adam Waller.
In the Elite Tour Girls Jacksonville’s Sahana Chokshi won for the second time posting a score of 76. Fleming Island’s Alyzabth Morgan (77p) took home another silver nipping Ponte Vedra’s Tory Barned (77) in a scorecard playoff.
Jacksonville’s Chloe McGrath won for the first time this season. The twelve-year-old from Timuquana Country Club posted a very nice round of 79 in the Rising Tour Girls Division to win by nine shots over Ponte Vedra’s Kennedy Hronek (88).
