Week of May 3rd (And May the Fourth Be With You!)

This past weekend began the two week run of Kilee's High School play, Matilda. We decided we are not ready to be in an auditorium with hundreds of people so will miss it in person. Hopefully we will see many videos by others attending.
Monday, ran errands, a bit tired, we didn't sleep well the last few nights. I finally bought Terri a "retirement" gift - many pairs of gardening gloves for her "work" at home (forgot to take a picture of the gloves, so the receipt will have to do!).
Went to our wonderful River House happy hour, made Katie's Corn Dip (with Fritos Scoops). Hot day, 90 degrees, just right sitting on the river deck. AA went to her golf lesson and played several holes with Jenna, Cambree and Kalia.
Charlotte called and said Larry's surgery is scheduled for next week, on Tuesday, the 11th, will keep us updated.
Tuesday - Worked at NGS. May the Fourth be with you!
And Ginger is always by AA, sleeping, licking, jumping on her......
Wednesday: Didn't sleep at all again during night. Made shrimp tacos for dinner. And the Biden's visited with the Carter's!
Thursday: Worked at NGS. Went to Carolyn's for a quick visit after work, and more eggs! She gave us a bunch of her home grown kale:
Friday: I made a new recipe, quiche with onion, peppers and feta cheese, very good.
Pie crust, blind baked:
Dear Alyzabeth Morgan:

JAGA TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE
Saturday: AA went to the 8th Grade Geometry review class at OPJH (she missed the Palm Coast NFJG Tournament). River House happy hour: went early at 3:30 (party on the deck at 6:00 p.m. we wanted to avoid). Kathy was not there, recovering from her leg surgery, unblocking the leg artery. I made deviled eggs for our appetizer. Ford gave Belinda one of his fishing rods he never used. For dinner at home we had homemade chicken quesadillas.
