September 7th - 13th

Here's a recap of last week. I didn't write anything until today (09/13/20) so lost most details!

Monday: Labor Day and my Golf lesson (No. 11!!). We played two holes from 60 yards, and I scored par 4 and par 3. Not too bad, but of course, I am not consistent!

Tuesday: Back to work!

Wednesday - Stayed over night at Carolyn's, made my Mom's macaroni and cheese plus a tomato/cucumber salad vinaigrette. And a nice relaxing swim in her pool.

Carolyn made Jambalaya which I didn't eat until the weekend, it was very good with chicken, sausage and shrimp!

Friday - The Subaru had a cracked windshield, so replaced. And remembering 9/11/2001. Plus our good memories from 2008! 09/11/2008.

And Alan Ehrle's last day at SJRPP with Larry Bradley. We shut down the potable water system. No more bathrooms!

Saturday we drove to Lakeshore Bike as they had a medium Verve 2. Then to Hawkers for take out lunch. Zoom at 5:00 p.m. with our happy hour group (no Kathy).

The truck (2002 F150) is getting close to 300,000 miles!

Sunday morning I made waffles with frozen hash browns. Not too healthy, but filling.

AA and Stephanie played nine holes of golf between thunderstorms and torrential rains!

It rained HEAVY on and off all day Sunday. AA and Coach Stephanie played nine holes in between the thunderstorms, very lucky even thought the golf course was soaked, WET.
My mom texted saying ancestry updated the DNA percentages.
At 2:00 p.m., Ford and I walked to Talons for a special beer tasting by Veterans United. We liked the Hop Banshee very much. Once we were home, we watched the end of the Jaguar game and were so happy they WON!
Jaguar game at Talons!
Jaguars WON! We watched the ending at home. Grilled hotdogs and enjoyed some down time.
I sent out an email to family to meet up on Sunday, the 20th for AA's birthday for dog food donations and a paper invite to our neighbors to donate on Saturday, the 19th. Hope the weather is good for these outdoor meet-ups.

On to Monday!
