Blueberry Muffins - New Recipe

While AA and Ford were at the NFJG Team Match, I made blueberry muffins, Ina Garten's recipe. It says you can keep the batter overnight and bake in the morning, so I saved some to try in the morning. Our neighbor Joe, his wife Phyllis died two days ago, from lung cancer that she did not know she had until a few days ago. I took over four muffins and met his daughter, Michelle.

I made/baked the final six muffins, Sunday morning. The batter was cold of course, and it did bake in about the same time but were flat on top. If I used this batter again after sitting overnight, I wouldn't fill the cups full as the recipe calls for and I might try to mix in some baking power. But, may not make again as a "do ahead". I will keep searching for make ahead recipes. (flatter ones center and to the left).
