I seldom seem to get holiday and celebration/birthday cards in the mail on time and had been working on a "tickled pink" package for our newest grand-niece Autumn and silly stuff for Heather too. Glad she liked it!
Bike riding around the Club, beautiful weather this week.
I made a quick trip to Apharetta, GA for training at Davey (Tree) Resource Group. The town seemed so new with mainly new strip malls, plaza stores and chain restaurants. I did get to meet sister-in-law Mia for lunch on Tuesday (Chicken Salad Chick), then went to the Davey office on Wednesday and Thursday and met the pole attachment audit team. I found a huge park, Wills Park. It has everything anyone would want from playgrounds, dog walk, tennis, basketball, equestrian center, and more I am sure I missed. It seemed like a popular place to hang out and walk.
A selfie with Mia:
The community center entrance to Wills Park:
New Davey shirt given to me by neighbor and also employee of Davey, Scott Anderson.
I drove home quite fast from Alpharetta on Thursday evening so we could all go in one car to Jekyll Island U.S. Kids Regional on Friday. No school for AA!
