On Sunday, we went to church and afterward was thinking of heading to the beach to do some serious bike riding; a very last minute plan. When we found out the Grands were not available, we decided to stay closer to home and ride the Black Creek Bike Trail. The weather was sunny and high 60's. Perfect! Once we headed out, decided to explore the Fleming Island Plantation sidewalks and eventually made our way past the schools and to the main library. We called Ford (who was back at the truck) and said we were going to try to make it to the Eagle Harbor Golf Club. Since we do not have a kitchen, eating at their new Talon's restaurant was our lunch plan anyways. So AA and I rode almost 6 miles, our longest ride yet! We had to cross several busy streets but still made it there in 45 minutes on our very average bikes! After a delicious lunch, AA and Daddy Caddie went out on the course for a light practice.
There was a U.S. Kids Local Golf Tournament today, but AA won't be able to play in any of them except today's, and we decided (along with her input) to skip it. We are sticking with the NFJG schedule as much as we can even though we will miss several due to U.S. Kids State and World Tournaments this summer so won't be able to compete for the Championship.
Back to our bike ride and a few pictures:

Longest Bike Ride So Far!
We will have many more bike rides as it puts a smile on AA's face! {still waiting for Ford to purchase a bike so he can ride along}
