AA, Ginger and I drove to Carolyn's, taking our round wrought iron patio table and two chairs - for her pool patio. We did not fit the other two chairs, will take on our next trip over to see her. We enjoyed McDonald's breakfast biscuits, Kayla joined us (Mike flew to Dallas), getting to know Ginger. We all jumped in the pool, chatted (politics!), then back home (after getting gas for the truck $3.18/gal).
Onions from Carolyn's garden:
We drove to Mellow Mushroom (World Golf Village/Murabella area) for Carl's very low-key birthday celebration. Marsha's birthday was earlier in June, so I brought two helium balloons and a hanging flowerpot from Pat's Nursery - four colors of inpatients. We ate pizza, listened to Jesse, watched little ones dancing to his music. Cara and Travis came with Pearl and Miles, plus Leaa and Dylan (Liv and Tristen are in California).
