Almost June 2023!

Tuesday: Continued doing laundry and chores. Ate leftover sandwiches from Café Eleven. AA's red spots had disappeared so must have been the allergic reaction to the antibiotic Bactrim, did not call Dermatologist. She continues to study for her SAT this Saturday.
Wednesday: Last day of May! Physical therapy and Dr. Sacksteder (everyone noticed her cute short haircut). AA still has red bumps (not spots) where her brace touches her leg; have a referral to Park Avenue Dermatologist. AA is moving on with being able to put 50% of weight on her knee, "it's a process" per Dr. Sacksteder!
Ran into Kay Ferchow at JOI, chatted about the OPGCC re-emerging with a new company.
Chatted with my Mom on the phone, worried about Mike, having a heart attack. We had leftover homemade pizza for lunch. Watching PBS masterpiece "World on Fire" - interesting but many war scenes.
Thursday: June 1st (E-E's birthday). Our HOA (Steve Anderson) came around to mark areas where the golf cart path concrete will be repaired and some pine trees will be removed (orange X).
We drove to Palatka to have Justin sign over the truck title, so we can have the Ford150 scraped. At 4:30 p.m., went to Suburban to drop off Subaru and chat about the old Ford truck. We had a late lunch at Sweet Sensations so not much for dinner - we were still full.
Friday: Suburban for Subaru's rear brake light and A/C repaired.
AA's PT, she was shown how to properly walk with weight on her left leg (50%) and the crutches. Photos - she was making faces at Ginger (just to spite me taking pictures!).
We played RummiKub before dinner of tortellini, tomatoes, spinach, cream sauce.
Saturday, June 3rd: Testing, SAT, at FIHS - She arrived in time to walk in with Noah W. We ate pork tacos for dinner. Watched the ending of the PBS Little Women (Laurie is Harry in World on Fire).
Photo from 6th Grade Graduation - four years ago! (06/03/2019 - with Noah)
Dick Blaisdell arrived in Maine (Bangor Airport) - moving in with Terri! A cold day but am sure they will enjoy getting re-acquainted, talking about genealogy and gardening.
In the afternoon, Ford and AA made two batches of boiled peanuts - two slow cookers for 24 hours.
I made spinach dip for the RH Happy Hour - Yum!
Sunday: We went to church (FIUMC - Ford was feeling nauseous so did not attend. Another beautiful, very WINDY day! The seeds Terri and I planted are starting to produce - little green beans appearing!
Later we shopped at Goodwill (I bought two pair of shorts) and a beer at CC (not very good, don't have our favorites right now, so had one and left).
Made pork tacos again and watched the LPGA Tournament Rose Zhang's first professional debut and won! She has played in tournaments with Leila Raines golfer), then the PBS special on All Creatures Great and Small.
