Saturday: Separate post on our scones and tea (using Grammie's china) watching the King's Coronation, Dylan's Dance, making Tzatziki sauce and RH happy hour with the Kentucky Derby.
Prince Harry and Prince Andrew were sitting three rows behind William and Catherine, with other Royals. The carriage was from the Queen's Jubilee, King and Camila arrived in.

AA and I watched this movie about J.R.R. Tolkien's the author, not bad, includes WW1.
After home from a trip to Publix, I heated up/air fried leftover pizza for the family, them made homemade Tzatziki sauce for the first time, ingredients are easy, Greek yogurt (strained), shredded cucumber (squeezed out the moisture), garlic, vinegar, lemon zest and lemon juice, chopped herbs (dill, parsley), salt and pepper. I looked up three recipes and they were all a variation of these ingredients (some without the lemon and herbs). Hugh, Maureen, AA and I love it; Ford and Kathy not so much as they dislike Greek yogurt. The River House had a Kentucky Derby party with food (many sandwiches including cucumber, turkey, fig jam and brie cheese, Caprese sandwich, blue cheese with grapes on rye bread, etc. and Pecan Pie bars) and hat contest. We voted for Addie Rivers (with butterflies, a horse and wine corks). Ford did not attend, seemed a bit under the weather.
