Monday, May 1st - 7th!

Monday: Ford and I enjoyed a Mexican lunch at Tijuana Flats.

PT for AA after school. Tonight was the ceremony to be inducted in the National Honor Society, which AA will miss (trying to get on stage and has big AICE test the next day).
Tuesday: Regular morning, I worked, did laundry, vacuumed, etc. AA attended an after school meeting for the National Honor Society and to vote for Class Officers. Golf meeting with parents at 4 pm, beginning a fund raising for both FIHS golf teams. Then off to the RH to meet with Ford, Hugh, Maureen and Kathy, gave them some Rice Krispie treats and such beautiful weather! Made Egg Roll Bowl for dinner with rice. Alyzabeth is more comfortable on crutches and the bandages/strips are starting to peel off her incisions.
Screen shot of our Facebook page asking for Golf team donations. Nancy (Winterbourne), Hugh, Mark Witt and my Mom all donated.
Wednesday: Another routine morning, I only help AA with getting her socks and sneakers on each morning, she can now bend over and tie her own shoes. I made mashed potatoes to go with Meat Market chicken tenders (the ones with Ritz Crackers in breading) for dinner. We watched the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society movie - always good.
Thursday: May the Fourth be With You!
Ford went to his exercises then grocery shopping. I worked, walked Ginger, the usual. AA got her tickets to the Clay County Awards event (May 10th), then off to PT after school. We decided on V's Pizza (Hawaiian for AA) for dinner (and a caprese salad) while watching rerun Sweet Home Alabama movie (2002 with Reese Witherspoon). Laurie tutored her in evening.
Bean seedlings are up!
Ford bought a new Jaguar hitch for the new Honda truck:
Yes, we subscribed to a full year of Sirius XR radio (half price):
Friday: Ford and I ran errands to Walmart, Tax Collector to get title for new Honda truck, Ford said today that he doesn’t like driving.
Ford fried fish for dinner along with store bought cole-slaw and baked beans. I made a batch (8) oat/raisin/cherry scones for our breakfast coronation in the morning.
Fried fish!
Saturday: Separate post on our scones and tea watching the King's Coronation, Dylan's Dance, making Tzatziki sauce and RH happy hour with the Kentucky Derby.
Sunday:  I was up early so rewatched the latest Emma movie.
Carolyn came to Fleming Island to watch the movie are You There God? It's Me, Margaret (early at 10:45 a.m.). We liked the movie and ate too much popcorn (got a refill when AA accidently dumped hers while I was talking to her!!).
CR brought us 18 eggs, we chatted after the movies, showed her Terri's plants on the deck. Nice visit!
Ford grilled a beer can chicken and I made my Mom's macaroni and cheese recipe. All was good!
