JAX Cooking Studio - Friday

I booked a cooking lesson with AA at the JAX Cooking Studio (Beach Blvd.) - the Asian Fusion Seafood session. It was delicious and would certainly do again!
We arrived early so AA enjoyed a Cold Stone Creamery mint chocolate ice cream small waffle cone!
The Chef Will, explained all the steps to make each dish, in order, we made the Matcha Brownie batter (all dry ingredients were measured for us), then the quick pickled vegetables (boiled the vinegar, sugar, water, then poured over the julienned cucumber, carrots, radishes, red onion and Napa cabbage), then began the rice (hot pan, oil, browned rice, then added two cups of chicken broth, boiled, then simmered). We made the salmon appetizer, which included fried wonton wrappers (cut in triangles) and a delicious sauce.
