NFJG TPC Sawgrass Outing and Awards Banquet!

AA enjoyed playing the back nine holes at the Champions Course with four other young ladies. They scored -5 for seven holes.
Coach Bryan and Mentor LPGA Stephanie Connelly Eisworth attended the Awards Banquet as our guests (note that no other coaches were there, just parents). We felt these two (and Penny Reynen who attend a few years ago with us) should enjoy the limelight with AA, all the hard work they put into lessons and golfing with her.
Playing the back nine, they began on Hole 16 (made Par), birdied Hole 17 (AA's ball landed on the back of the green and rolled into the water but her teammate made it to the green, then AA putted in the 20 foot to make the birdie).
Homework on the way to the TPC:
Paired with Veona:
Ashley Mikesell, Veona Osborne, Addy Vogt, Sophia Rivera and AA:
Hole 16: Five girls deciding on which ball to use (shamble):
Only two made it on the 17th green. AA made a very long putt for the birdie.

Awards were announced two week ago, posted on this blog, August 03, 2022. AA said it is embarrassing receiving so many awards. We are proud of the Jack Nicklaus award as someone nominated her and the players voted for her. Sweet!
Director Jack spoke about "Golf is Good".
Dr. Bob Winters - "The Confidence Doctor" spoke at the 2022 NFJG  Annual Awards Banquet. He spoke of the qualities in the Wizard of Oz, Dorothy's confidence, having a heart, brain/intelligence and courage. Take one step at a time, each golf swing each hole, take one step only.
Happy Coach Bryan and Stephanie could attend:
