Monday: Ford PD exercises, went to dump. Larry Bradley got his scan results today, all good news and Ian had his scan done today. Ian's last one was 02/14/22, and was good. This one was good too - nothing recurring in his lungs! Happy news!
AA had golf lesson at FIGC. Dinner was leftover red beans and rice (we thought it was chili - we have to label our leftovers!) and cole slaw.

Tuesday: Ford's dentist consultation and follow up appointment to have the minor surgery (May 3rd). AA stayed at the library until we picked her up at 3:45 p.m. Spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. The local PD group had a dinner at Santioni's but we decided not to attend. And a new Finding Your Roots was on! New season!
Wednesday: AA off from school (Senior Trip day and 11th grade testing, she would have been in a study hall all day). We finally drafted, reviewed and emails AA's top ten colleges with an introductory message; she received a reply from YALE! Ford and I picked up my resized sapphire ring (4.5 size up to a 5.5!). AA golfed then volunteered for the PGA Jr. team. Coach Bryan bump/fist with Molly (she was upset over the crowd and nervousness).

We had a Publix rotisserie chicken with potatoes, cauliflower and cranberry relish. Not too bad for last minute, as we were lame and didn't plan dinner.
AA began the LEGO Great Wall of China:
We finished the puzzle Acadia - took us 2.5 months as we ignored it completely on busy days!
And there was on puzzle piece that did not belong - all pieces accounted for, none missing, just this extra odd piece!

Thursday: My birthday today (a good one to ignore). Ford sent me 15 roses, gorgeous and my Mom sent me a pink/lily bouquet and gave me new L.L.Bean sandals. I got a watering can from AA. Plus a delicious dinner at Santioni's.

Friday: April 15th: Terri's and Carolyn's birthday; called both of them. Worked at home and AA did school work, Ford did the grocery shopping. AA did some practice golfing at FIGC. I did some prep work, chopping broccoli and making a spinach dip (for the River House): it had diced carrots and water chestnuts, plus garlic and the chopped frozen (thawed) spinach, very good!Saturday: AA and Ford went to the NFJG UF tournament. I made broccoli slaw (took two hours of chopping), phyllo cheesecake with cherry preserves dessert, deviled eggs (two dozen eggs = 48) plus a chicken, asparagus, onion, mushroom casserole (will be for two dinners). I didn't sit down until 2 pm, began at 7 am. Long day on my feet! Before leaving Gainesville, they had dinner at Satchel's.
Easter Sunday was a beautiful day, see next post.
