Monday, Ford and I attended his Parkinson's exercise class, our now new routine. Then grocery shopping. I made lettuce wraps for dinner. Rain all afternoon, cloudy day as a cool front moves through today.
Before adding the sauce:
Tuesday: March 1st! We went to Fresh Market to find endive (no luck!), then decided lunch at Palermo in OP/opposite to OP Library. We had plenty of food (we were the only patrons as it just opened) and brought home half. All yummy with fried yucca, Spanish rice and chicken with plantains and black beans, and Cuban sandwich with seasoned red beans. Five stars, will go back with AA, maybe LB and maybe our Happy Hour group.

AA had her make-up golf lesson from the rain-out yesterday while we met Kathy at the RH early (to avoid Madi Gras party crowd - it was almost empty, so enjoyed the outside deck alone!).
River House with Kathy (while AA was at a golf lesson), beautiful day, a bit chill, so turned on the small heater. I brought a "caprese" salad on lettuce "boats".
Wednesday: Ford made a large crock-pot full of spaghetti sauce.
AA and Ford played a practice round at Palatka Golf course. I made meatloaf, mashed potatoes and asparagus for dinner. Worked from home as usual. Talked to Terri on the phone while she was paper-bagging/painting her LR floor.
Thursday: Regular 9:30 a.m. Parkinson's exercise class. Visited with LB and dropped a meatloaf and mashed potato dinner. AA practiced putting at EH, chatted with Stephanie (who has accepted a new job at San Jose Golf (private) Club, and Penny (she was well) - then Ford and I had a drink on Talon's patio, always nice, relaxing. Bruschetta for dinner.
Friday: Cleaned house, AA's bathroom, mopped floors and vacuumed. Beautiful weather - spring mornings are cool, but warm up to 80 degrees - nice! we had lunch at Maple Street Biscuit Company (Squawking Goat and The Farmer). Spaghetti dinner, homemade garlic bread with LB.
Saturday: Separate post on AA's NFJG Tournament at Palatka. I attended the Parkinson's Support group meeting at the OP Library. Went to happy Hour at RH, took Alabama Conecuh Original sausage
and some fruit. Windy but pleasant. Ford and AA came home and ate leftover spaghetti and meatballs.
Sunday: Earlier tee time at 9:44 a.m. Beautiful day.
After the golf tournament, we enjoyed Chipotle meals. Ready for Monday!
