NFJG Championship Marsh Landing Country Club & Glen Kernan Tie 2nd!

Alyzabeth came home last night from a disappointing finish at the Tour Team Championship (she hadn't played in three weeks).
This NFJG tournament, she said she got her swing back, so two days in the 70's again! Even though she tied for second place, no trophy this week as she earned 3rd place points from the scorecard playoff.
Round 1: 8:40 AM 10 Alyzabeth Morgan, Helena Rios
Round 2: 8:40 AM 10 Alyzabeth Morgan, Thanya Arasu

Waiting at a hole:
From Jack's News:
NFJG Junior Tour Championship Round 1 was played at Marsh Landing Country Club. This week the North Florida Junior Players Tour makes its final stop of the year for the Tour Championship with the first round being played at Marsh Landing Country Club and the second round being played a Glen Kernan Golf and Country Club. The first day at Marsh Landing proved the players had to battle very hot conditions and long walks in between the holes.
In the Elite Tour Girls division, Annabelle Mozingo of Jacksonville, FL will take a three-shot lead heading into the final round after a 3 over par 75. Right behind Mozingo is Alanis Santiago of Caguas, Puerto Rico who fired an opening-round 78. Sitting one shot back of her is Alyzabeth Morgan who just got back from representing NFJG at the Florida Junior Tour Team Championship fired an opening-round 79.
The final round of the NFJG Junior Tour Championship was played at Glen Kernan Golf and Country Club. The weather looked ominous but thankfully it held out so the final North Florida Junior Players Tour event of the season could be completed. The player's delt with some breezy conditions as these storms were rolling in and probably the thickest rough that they have seen all season. With those challenges, we still saw a lot of great play in all of our divisions.
In the Rising Tour Boys division, we had a tight race for the top that finished putting out on the 18th green in the rain. Isaiah Robinson of Orange Park, FL would not be bothered by the rain as he would put the finishing touches on his first win on the Rising Tour Boys division with a two-day total of 162.
In the Elite Tour Girls division, Annabelle Mozingo of Jacksonville, FL would hold onto her first-round lead to get the win in the Elite Tour Girls division with a two-round total of 153. She played her back 9 in even par 36 that included pars on every single hole. Like the Rising Tour Boys division, a scorecard playoff was needed to decide the runner-up. Alanis Santiago of Caguas, Puerto Rico would win the scorecard playoff to claim second with a two-day total of 157, and Alyzabeth Morgan of Fleming Island, FL would finish in the third.
