Saturday, before leaving for the NFJG Palatka golf tournament, a little goofiness:
While they were gone, I did the dishes (twice!), made orange chicken in the crock pot, organized our loose recipes, walked Ginger, cleaned one small corner in the garage, all while somewhat resting and not doing anything to strain my eyes.
My Mom, Nana Ann, reading with Great-Granddaughter Chloe:
Orange chicken crockpot, delicious (served with stir-fry cabbage and onions over rice)!
Recipes organized:
Found the Down East magazine (1979) with Chris Nielsen's painting on the cover. The print was a gift from David and Ruth Cobb.
AA and Ford arrived home in time to join our 5:00 p.m. Happy Hour Zoom chat with Hugh, Maureen and Penny.
