Weekend CNY + Valentine's Day!

Happy Chinese New Year and Happy Valentine's Day!

Found some of the "tags" I printed in the past for AA's red envelopes. Even though tradition has the older adults handing them out, we had AA give them out to friends at CNY celebrations and when Ford used to do a little program for her school classmates. My recent one, Year of the Ox, does not have a photo of AA on it and she said "good"!
We put together Chinese New Year red envelopes and Valentine's candy for Liv, Dylan, Mila, Avery, Pearl and Kilee. Plus AA made red envelopes for some of her friends (the Bailey's three boys, the Collins' three boys, Owen and sister Jillian). We delivered these all on Saturday including a stop at Cathy and Werner's to give Cathy a photo of her Dad that Ford found and made copies. Wearing our masks! Still have red envelopes for Connor and Noah (delivered on Monday). Front door gift bag at the Wilhelmy's:
We didn't take any photos of all the candy and red envelopes, which included a homemade/folded origami heart on the valentine's candy.
On the way home, we stopped at the County Line vegetable stand and bought a variety to veggies (no cabbage, even though we wanted to, fresh from the field, but we already bought a Napa cabbage for making dumplings).
Happy Valentine's Day - Love from our FLOTUS Dr. Jill:
Sunday was a rainy WASH OUT! Poured! AA and I made Asian Meatballs for lunch, so yummy!
We totally cleaned out AA's bedroom, moving all possessions out, moved the bed and cleaned. AA still has three piles of "stuff" to go through, but she's doing very well with the pitch, giveaway and save piles.
Window Wall (still need to paint and curtains):

Didn't cook any dinner, we were not hungry, so a plate of cheese and crackers, ready to watch the new season of American Idol and All Creatures Great and Small. No school tomorrow! President's Day holiday!
