Black Friday + Christmas Decorating!

Friday: Another beautiful day, warm, sunny! AA had a golf lesson after we selected and bought our 2020 Christmas tree.
We put the tree in the stand, I installed the icicle lights along our deck railing, cleaned out one front gutter that had a plant growing out of it (!!) and dragged all the Christmas boxes from the garage. We spent 45 minutes in the evening adding ornaments. About 75% done!
We enjoyed eating leftovers - ate pie for breakfast! Our Christmas tree is about 7.5 feet tall (8.5' including tree stand and star topper). After tree shopping, AA had a golf lesson.

Even though we were outside, the trees are very close together,  passing by many families searching for trees - so masks on!

Front door has a little Christmas cheer, the first photo is from my attempt at Fall decorating - the pretty zinnias died, so looks bare:

Saturday: Another beautiful day!! Cold weather coming mid-week - the dreaded 30's! We ate pie for breakfast (again) and leftover turkey and gravy plus sides for lunch. AA did a couple hours of school work (CVA-World History).
AA golfed for two hours at 3:00 p.m. with Daddy following her. I went to Walmart to get a few items, and surprisingly it was not crowded, seems mid-Saturday afternoon is a lull in the action.
We had our usual and very fun Happy Hour Zoom, talking politics, jokes and movies. We didn't cook dinner as we were full from the cheese and crackers. We have been watching more movies than usual since we have FREE HBO for the weekend. Watched Larry Crowne (Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts, pretty good!), also Julie and Julia (again), a few new Christmas Hallmark movies, AA has enjoyed Spider Man.
AA and I took two bike rides. My new bike is a bit tall for me, still waiting on AA's to be delivered. I continue to walk Ginger on my days off. I only work two days per week now!
