A busy day with AA and I practicing golf in the morning (I lasted 40 minutes); AA stayed out for 2.5 hours. Then lunch of leftover chicken tacos from last night, the avocado wasn't as fresh, but it was good as leftovers. AA played with Coach Stephanie from 1:30 - 3:15 p.m. They are working on the "Operation 36" and I probably will be doing the same once I can figure out how to play!! I went to my first LPGA 201 lesson with Stephanie's class. There is five of us, four (including me) from the prior 101 Women's group lesson (Joy, Becka and Annette) plus Kitty from the Thursday 101 class. Joy is mom to an adopted girl from China, she's about 7 years old now. We have spoken briefly but said we would get together and compare stories. Ahain, it was so HOT, I was melting before the hour was up! Somehome AA manages and makes it look easy, so sweating for her!
I shopped INSIDE the Hallmark store, a first since January (with mask and Clorox wipe in hand)! We have home made some cards since COVID19 began and have used all my birthday cards so I needed to restock for the next few months and I purchased a few cloth masks to add to our collection.
Ford and I early voted today for the primaries. There was no Democratic candidate running for Sheriff, so as residents of this county we cannot vote for our own sheriff! Not a good system!
We made our usual "meatless Monday" meal of Bruschetta. We played RummiKub, and I won two games, Ford won one. It was a first for AA, as she usually wins. So between all our activities today, no photos, so I took one of Ford with his voting sticker!
