June is Flying By!

Tuesday, we ventured out to the River House with Kathy, after work. All was quiet, we sat outside, and enjoyed the unseasonably cooler weather (only 80 degrees). Even though we love sitting there (and very few people, all physical distancing) on the river, we decided that with the virus numbers spiking, would not go back for a while......

Wednesday, Ford had an early dental appointment, then he and AA drove to St. Augustine Beach to watch Dylan during her surfing camp, group surf lesson.
Leaa took this photo:
AA and I are still riding our old bikes, we bike a shorter, 2 mile ride after work. There was a light rain shower after work on Wednesday and AA pointed out the beautiful rainbow over the Hole 18 green, looking east.
June 18th: AA made the Clay Today paper for golfing in the First Coast Women's Amateur Tournament held at JGCC. Her age was mentioned twice, once correctly at 13 and the second, incorrectly at age 14.
June 19th: AA has an "obstruction" in her ear so off to the doctor on Friday morning. Turns out she has "swimmers" ear, which is a surprise as she has only taken showers in the past few weeks - no pool swimming. Five days of drops in her ear and hopefully all will be cured. Practice on Friday:
We continue to play Rummikub in the evenings. AA is so far ahead of us in wins! Need to find another game to play!
