AA has been very busy with lots of homework plus on weekends too. With the Robotics competition yesterday, she was up early again this morning to make the drive to the Palm Harbor Golf course, Palm Coast.
Her front nine were not her best score, she had a triple bogey. Other than that she had four bogeys on the front and another four on the back nine. Golf is all about playing consistently. She did well on the first tournament, competing with the "Elite Girls", so we expect this season to continue being a challenge! AA stated that she had trouble with her drives going straight - always something to work on!
From Jack's Newsletter: In the Elite Tour Girls Jacksonville’s Madison Balaskiewicz would become the new owner of a Gold Medal as she edged out Fleming Islands Alyzabeth Morgan who earned the Silver Medal. Brunnell’s Beatrice Dietz playing out of the Grand Reserve Golf Club would claim the Bronze.
Mr. Kevin Glynn awarded the medals asking what grade AA was in, remarking that she is the youngest elite girl today.
