Hubby Ford makes great fried fish and hush-puppies! It is a favorite with our Missouri family and usually cooked by my Mother-In-Law Joy.
Ford tried a new batter recipe, one a little lighter than his regular cornmeal style. While it was very tasty I think he's going to stick with his old recipe but add a couple of the spices found in the new one.
