Play Friend - Play Ground Fun!

AA played with one of her WonderWorks preschool friends at a local park. This is one kid she has taken a shine too! Lots of fun with R.

First time I have known AA to hold a boys hand!!

They both are in VBS this week (at OPUMC), in the same class. So lots more fun with her play-friend this week!

AA is much more daring and skilled at climbing play ground equipment, and it does help that she is a little taller too!

Summer Cut

I don't usually go along with Sweet Hubby and AA when they get their haircuts. So when we planned a trip to see Uncle Zack and get all three of us trimmed, I took the camera (Uncle Zack declined getting in most of the pictures...).

School - Year End - Grateful Thanks

AA's school does a fantastic job during the school year. SAHD (Dear Hubby) volunteers for book readings, book fairs, Teachers' birthdays, Chinese New Year, picture taking, bringing in snacks..... most parents get involved.
The teachers each year, create a scrapbook/art book of each students original creations and then has it laminated. So cute - a keepsake!

Black & White Wednesday - Rain

We haven't had much rain, very dry here, many fires are burning all around us. We really enjoyed seeing and feeling the rain as we walked out on our dock last week. Rain, rain, come again (and please, without the hurricane!).

Father's Day - From AA

Hope all Dad's had a wonderful, relaxing Father's Day.
If you remember last year, AA and I made a craft that took some effort, but we thought it came out well (start the project a week or so before needed).
This year I found a simple craft - easy as "print, cut, glue and staple". AA loves using the glue stick. And since the two of them are golfing each week, it was a good theme for this year's Father's Day.

Daddy & Daughter

I was home last week, I chose to have a "staycation". It was nice to take care of some chores around the house and be able to take some pictures of SAHD and daughter's day time activities....

Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's, Daddy's, Father's, Grandfather's, Grandpa's, Papa's, Poppy's, Pappy's....... (and to our son-in-law and son - both great Daddies!!)

To my Hubby, a wonderful Dad; he loves his three children. We did miss out on lots of the growing years with son and daughter #1, they were "weekend kids" and he worked shift work; no missing out on this third one! Our littlest one has his full attention. He is enjoying being Daddy all over again and Poppy to the three grands. Life is better than we deserve!
