Foreign Adoptions Are Declining

Found this article posted by a member on one of our CCAI Yahoo groups.

While reading it, remember that we started our adoption "officially" on July 7, 2005 when we were accepted by the CCAI agency (which their president Josh, is quoted in this article).

We were researching adoptions for about two years before we signed on with CCAI, as it took that long for "us" to decide that China was where our daughter was, and then, to select an agency that best fit the services we envisioned needing.

We have stayed the course..... We continue "The Wait".
