Beijing Jet Lag - US Olympic Team Guide

This is a link to a 16 page "Jet Lag Guide" (adobe format) prepared for US athletes participating in the upcoming 2008 Olympics in Beijing. You may wish to save the report to read at your leisure to better prepare for the rigors of traveling to the other side of the world AND not spending the next few days walking around like a zombie!

It was filled with quite a few helpful pre-travel and in-flight tips as well as information on how best to adjust to Beijing time once you have landed. Now to find a jet lag guide for the return trip!

Great post. I've forewarded it to my 3 sets of friends who are leaving for China tomorrow.

Hopefully, we'll find the need to follow these guidelines sooner rather than later.

All my best,
- Dave

Hi Alyson,
So sorry I haven't gotten to you before this. I wanted to wish you a belated happy 22nd LID anniversary as well. I'm hoping that our referrals are 'just around the corner'. It's so hard to imagine yet another Christmas without our dear sweet daughter. Let's just hope that time is on our side from here on out!

The jet lag on the way home is way worse - add two overtired kids and it is one hell of a ride!
