Week of November 27, 2023

Monday, 11/27/23. I worked; Ford went to his Parkinson exercises with Nancy, then to Larry's to set out the recyclables.

I made a crock pot full of red beans (and rice).
Tuesday: Ford had PT. We went to Michael's, then lunch at the Time Out Deli. Donna came and cleaned the house. Then we went to Larry's home to show her what needs to be done, she cleaned Charlotte's bathroom and started on Larry's.
AA and I attended the AICE Spring Trip meeting at FIHS. Lots of travel information, next meeting will be in February.
Wednesday: We drove to Larry's home, got all the car/motorcycle information, then to the Clay County Tax Office. I had made an 11/15 appointment and we arrived early thinking maybe we could get in earlier, but nope. They called us at 11:25 and it took until 12:10 to finish the paperwork.
Thursday: Ford had his second back shot, his back is sore, hopefully this shot works. We went to Walmart and then home. I put together AA's Advent calendar - LL Bean one from my Mom.
I picked up AA after her golf team photo and then to her PT session with Lisa
Friday: Ford and I went to his PT at 8:30, then to State farm at 10:00 to change insurance on Larry's home, car and motorcycle. After AA's Spanish Club meeting, we went and bought our fresh Christmas tree.
Shopped at Dick's sporting goods for golf sunglasses, no luck. Asked Stephanie and she made some suggestions.
Saturday: I baked an oatmeal breakfast with fruit and crumb toping, Ford and AA still do not like oatmeal!
Met Mark and Colleen Witt at Larry's home, to get their opinion on "fixing it up" before selling. Wrote down lots, Mark will look into our options next week.
AA had a golf lesson with Stephanie at San Jose Golf Club.
River House Happy Hour, we brought outlaw chicken salad in small shells. Rainy but warmish.
Sunday: Church, then out shopping with AA: Barnes and Noble, Trader Joe, Walmart then to Mojo's to pick up dinner. Christmas decorations, put lights on the tree, the tree is done!
One last photo - with the cold weather, we finally have "Fall"!
