Coach Nedrich scheduled the celebration of seniors for Thursday, 10/12/23 - to be held after the match against Keystone Heights - but due to the remanent of a tropical storm, it was canceled.
Alyzabeth was feeling a bit under the weather and didn't know if she wanted to attend, in the end we went (Ford and I stayed in the background since AA didn't play on the team this year, we haven't kept up with the daily team news).
It was a good time, with Coach keeping up the banter, talking facts about Kalia, Cambree and the other senior (her boyfriend brought her flowers). Coach asked others for funny stories about each senior, and got others to join in, then group photos with the seniors.
Seems the routine is to have everyone bring dessert, snack, chips, soda (Coach must clear that with the restaurant?). Coach orders an appetizer; parents order a beverage; helium balloons for decorations.
