Clay County Fair - Last Day and COLD!

Since Terri was arriving on Easter Sunday and it was the last day of the Clay County Fair, we planned to go with Leaa and family. It was terrible weather, rain, wind, so no one went. Until late afternoon, even with drizzle rain, AA, Terri and I made the drive just to do a quick walk thru - I had so many tickets didn't want them to go to waste! While checking in, I gave two of our Sr. Adult tickets to a couple in line (I was a bit uneasy asking them if they were over 60 so I could give them the tickets, I guess the guy thought I was an employee checking those in line, he showed me his drivers license! I was so surprised I started babbling about two free tickets to give away, by the time I handed them to them and walked away, they realized they got free tickets - too funny!).
We went to the animal exhibit and looked at prize pigs, ducks, geese, goats, rabbits, etc. We then hit the Merry-Go-Round and the old Florida section (did not like that the fail added a confederate exhibit!). We walked to the old church, then back to the rides. A couple had long waits so only got on three. I think Terri was a good sport with AA (we had only two prepaid armbands). Good fun!

Didn't eat any food and I barely could stand the cold and wind and misty rain! I made them come home after our short time there!
