Monday was Halloween!

10/31/22 Monday: AA is feeling better, but still very crouping/coughing. Her temperature is normal, so went to school.

We did regular tasks today, Ford's exercises, laundry, dishes, planning meals. AA went to her team golf practice for 90 minutes; we waited in case she didn't feel well. We baked a new chicken, rice, broccoli casserole for dinner, plus AA had a mango smoothie. We actually had four kids come trick or treat! They were cute, a vampire and three skeletons. (we turned off our lights at 8:00 p.m.).

11/01/22 Tuesday: Took AA to the Winn Dixie parking lot at 6:00 a.m. for their trip to their golf Regionals. AA is still coughing, not much stamina. We drove to the golf course, Hawkstone Country Club, 9905 SW 44th Ave just SW of Gainesville. We arrived in time to watch her 9th hole and the back nine (separate post).

Wednesday: I was sick in bed all day, while Ford held down the fort until Thursday morning when he was down with the flu. 

Thursday: Ford was now sick with the flu, went to bed after taking AA to school. I got up and started doing chores, but not eating anything yet.

Friday: AA stayed after school and took her make-up chemistry test. Thankfully she scored a 95 on it and on her pre-calculus test. She attended Ian's birthday party - Sweet 16 and rode home with Siyan/Nasha (separate post).

Mom sent Ford Maine apples for his birthday! Will make an apple pie for his "birthday cake".

Saturday: AA spent most of day doing homework that is due this week as she is missing three days of class. I made a quick chicken soup for AA and I (Ford not eating).

AA driving to the golf course:

She practiced golf from 4 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and we bought a Chipotle bowl to share for dinner. I ate almost "normal" today while Ford is still not tolerating any food. 

Today was George Stone's birthday and Mom and Terri attended the Mayflower Annual meeting.

Sunday: AA spent most of day doing homework that is due this week as she is missing three days of class. We watched the Jaguar game at home. Packed for AA's trip to States. Mom and Melissa went visiting, checked out Hilary's new RV, land and beginnings of her new home, then to see Chloe and Andrew.

Ford slowly up and moving. We ended the week long sickness with us feeling a bit better (I am eating small meals, Ford not yet - and no alcohol for a week so far - definitely losing a little weight without all the extra calories!). Almost no photos for this week - we are all laying low!
