We dropped AA off at the Winn-Dixie parking lot at 6:35 for the team ride to SJGCC. Amazing how Coach Nedrich packs in the golf bags and push carts into a mini-van!
Social Media before the match, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook:
We went back to the high school to pick up the check, took to the golf tournament, Coach had alot going on last Thursday-Friday (water in his house, refrigerator failed, etc.) and forgot to pick it up.
We arrived after AA tee's time, so rested/walked/sat until we saw her group approach the 9th Hole. She had a few mishaps all over the course, from three-putting, to an out of bounds drive, etc. Even with her "not so happy round", she was medalist for the second year in a row.
And Team FIHS placed second, so will be moving to the regionals next Tuesday, November 1st.
Shanya:
Hole 18 had a horrible pin placement - no flat area around it, rolled off every time, just about everyone bogeyed it (or worse).
