NFJG Junior Tour Championship Tournament - "Had a Bad Day"

From Jack: There is only one event, THE NFJGTOUR Championship that can affect the PLAYER OF THE YEAR point standings.  This event is being played next week on Monday and Tuesday, August 1st and 2nd at Marsh Landing Country Club and Glen Kernan Country Club, so we hope to see you there.
We kick things off Monday at Marsh Landing Country with the first round of the “NFJG Junior Tour Championship”. Tuesday will be at Glen Kernan Country Club for round two.
This is the last event of the year to determine our award recipients for “Player of the Year”, the “Top Honor Award” and the “Summer Tournament Series Award”. In addition, players will be voting on the “Jack Nicklaus Award nominees.
Thank you for playing in the NFJG Junior Tour Championship on Mon, Aug 1-2. Your Mon Aug 1 starting time is 8:48 AM on #10.
Your Group: 8:48 #10  A. Morgan, V. Osborne

Round 2: 8:40 #1  A. Morgan, M. Balaskiewicz, A. Fallis.
Scores: AA played poorly on day one, she didn't show any energy and definitely no passion for playing. Her last nine holes did improve. She was out of sorts from Saturday's very long outing with the Bailey's, still tired and had not practiced her usual routine for the past four days. Either way, she offered no reasons or excuses, just "didn't play well".
Day two: She had a few more Par holes and made many nice long putts. She earned a lower score than her two partners, but didn't do well enough to move in the top ten. With the 6000+ yards, just not up to that distance quite yet. She didn't make many to the green in regulation and missed the fairway several times. Overall, a better day and could see her humor coming back. Reminder: she thrives on routine, getting her sleep, her reading time and that helps rejuvenate her. All the golfers played in this heat, but it seems that there are too many tournaments in July, no time for summer fun!
The Glen Kernan is a private course, very UP SCALE (all homes were north of 2.5 million dollars), the course is so well kept, beautiful, what a joy it would be to play that course regularly.
Next up is the last tournament for players who have won a tournament anytime on the NFJG Tour (even college students, adults, etc.) - so not part of the points race. Should be a good time to play on the Lagoon course on August 8th!
