Week of May 9th

Monday: AA golfed at FIGC, lesson with Coach Bryan.

Tuesday: Went to Ford's dentist to have stitches removed. We ran errands, shopped at Goodwill store (I bought 5 skirts, Ford one shirt).
AA played nine holes with Penny at EH.
Wednesday: We had the new Weber grill delivered. I made a new tomato, cucumber, radish, red onion with feta cheese dressing, had a quick dinner of hotdogs and salad.
Clay County First Athletic Team Awards - Separate post.
Thursday: Ford and I walked the Black Creek Trail and then lunched at Palermo Puerto Rican Kitchen, delicious food - Yucca fires, rice and chicken and pork chops. AA ate our leftovers for dinner.
AA had her AICE/Cambridge Critical Thinking test today then golfed at the FIGC Academy. And she received an invitation to the Freshman Award ceremony next Tuesday.
Friday: The usual school and work. I made a new recipe - easy chicken fajitas (flour tortilla is open so see peppers, onions and chicken). They were very good and made as a "sheet pan": dinner.
Saturday: I made blueberry waffles for breakfast, boiled eggs, made deviled eggs, we bought some "already picked" Tower's Family Farm blueberries. AA golfed. Relaxing day!
Made deviled eggs and a little egg salad:
Blueberries!
Crazy Florida politics! Unbelievable!
Due to a large party at the RH, Hugh, Maureen and Kathy did not go to our RH happy hour; we did and enjoyed a seat at the outside bar. Lots of people (maybe an extra 50 from the wedding), sunny with a nice breeze. Jack and Mary-Jo came just as we were leaving so they got our seats. Michelle was a trooper, making drinks constantly, she handles it like a pro!
Sunday: NFJG Tournament in St. Mary, GA Boomer/Trident Lakes. I stayed home, did usual chores of vacuuming, dishes, walked Ginger, cleaned out part of AA's closet, worked in the garage and blogged.  Mellow Mushroom pizza for dinner - Yum. The evening ended with AA having her on-line Algebra tutoring session and the to a good night!
