Monday: I worked at home and took a road trip to drop off Valentine's Day gifts for the grands. First stop at the Wilhelmy (drop off at front door). Nicole is so sweet sent us thank you photos/text.
Then to Leaa and Jesse's; fit in an hour visit, catching up on "life".
Then dropped off Kilee's gift bag at JK's home.
Sweet Sensations for take-out lunch; we ate at home.
Dinner of steak from FI meat market, twice-baked potatoes, broccoli and cheese and poblano peppers (roasted in oven). Ford managed to set the gas grill on fire, grease fire (the gas was turned off). Time to buy a new gas grill!

Jordan holding his birthday gift, the shrimp peeler; Mila and Avery with their V-day goodies.
Kilee sent her thank you:
Our Valentine's dinner of steak, Ford gave me many scratch off tickets (a first!) and I gave him "heart" boxers (undies)! AA opened her many books (instead of candy!) and a stuffed Bee (Bee Mine! and Bee Positive!) and Llama:Tuesday: Still cold in the mornings, windy, but at least in the high 50's. Ford went to his haircut, bought a few groceries, picked up AA from school (and took Ginger for the ride).
Happy hour at the River House, we sat inside the porch, no one was there, it was too cold to be on the deck. We had Ford's homemade spaghetti and meatballs.
Wednesday: AA played nine holes of golf at Magnolia Point, she played with Larry, wife Phyllis, found out they live in Eagle Harbor and are good friends with our neighbors Nancy and David Coats. I made beef, broccoli stir-fry for dinner (with cabbage, carrots, ginger, garlic and onions).
Thursday: A beautiful day, almost 80 degrees. Ford attended his first Parkinson's disease therapy/exercise class today; will be twice a week. I went but had to leave halfway through to sit in the car, attending a meeting (on-line). We met many people, Tom Dorsey organizes it at the Catholic Church and he grew up in Bangor Maine and his wife is from Houlton. We also reconnected with Sandy and Oz Mays (ages 71 and she will be 64, April 8th, just days before me!); we knew them from church and adoption - they adopted Emma, she's 22 now, getting ready to go get her Masters in Health Care (attending Disney College right now). After school (and scoring a 100 on her science test!!), AA practiced at EH back range then putting with Cambree and Kalia.
Dinner was a new pizza recipe I saw watching the show Girl Meets Farm. Over baked it; will bake in the lower, larger oven next time, for better distance from heating coils:
Friday: Working at home (as usual), AA at school. Happy birthday to Jesse, #40!! A cool front with rain is passing by in the evening, so a potentially wet day at the golf course tomorrow. Ford made his blacken salmon and Nana Joy's cole slaw. A quiet night!
