Palm Sunday - Monday

Sunday, the 5th, began as a slow morning again, AA sleeping in to 8:00 a.m. while we are up by 5:30 a.m. Catching up on blogging, listening to church services (some of Cherie's message too) and and enjoying my coffee.
AA and I walked and picked up trash in the neighborhood. I finally typed up her community service hours, not sure if the school is going to hold them accountable since one can't volunteer at the typical places during this stay at home time. I did see where picking up trash counts and we did that weekly at our Winterbourne neighborhood (lots of bottles and cans around the River House!).

Two full bags of trash:
I completed the 2020 Census, easy to do on line.
We made birthday cards for Terri, Carolyn and Kimee. We decided to use what we had at the house, leftover craft paper. We are not skilled handmade card makers by any means, so we tried and had a little fun together too.
A mess, but we got them done! Wish I had taken picture of finished cards.
I was off work on Monday, so we accomplished a few jobs besides planning and cooking meals! Our main goal of the day is meals! I also cleaned out the washing machine filter (Since I smelled an odor while doing laundry), which I spilled water on the floor, so cleaned under the washer too - lots of dust and dirt as these were left by the prior owners, so do not know how long ago the floor was cleaned, we did the best we could. In the filter was part of a bra strap, not one of ours!! So it had not been cleaned in a very long time. All is good now. Ford swept the deck and trimmed our back bushes where we walk to the golf cart path. I pulled weeds in the front yard.

AA was "in school" today, still waiting on one class assignment and another that was to be live, will now be a video, she will watch tomorrow as some security was not resolved for the app. She has her quiet room with desk, seems to be working okay.
Lastly, golfed today' AA practiced then played seven holes.
Dinner was bruschetta - yum! One of our favorite meatless meals.
AA and I walked picking up trash (Hole 10 and our pond):
