Another Work, School and Golf Week

April 7th - This week went by quickly. AA doing her school work, she isn't spending as much time on her classes. She gets her work done and seems to have a light load right now.
April 8th: Wednesday dinner was Talon's Wednesday Wine Down - so we received a free bottle of Dark Horse Cabernet free. Still love the "Power Salad", lots of kale, pecans, cranberries, goat cheese drizzle and mandarin oranges, topped with a citrus vinaigrette.
More homemade dinners coming up like hot-dogs with canned BBQ beans, spaghetti and meatballs.
We have enjoyed wine and dinners on our back deck. Played footsie too!

They made sausage balls to have in freezer. We still have much chicken and pork in the freezer. Will not run out of food as we have delivery by Publix. Friday, I am getting my surprise birthday gift from my Mom, lobsters for dinner! They are here!
Thank you Mom!
Enjoying! We were sorely out of practice picking the lobster and these were HARD shells!
Cooked! I was ruthless, shoved two at a time in the boiling water.
Leftovers for lobster rolls!
Today at work, Stacy Pollock and Ronnie Pollett bought my lunch for my birthday - fried shrimp, yummy. They are thoughtful!
My birthday four-day-weekend has begun!! And its Easter Sunday.
