Summer Week (July 5 - 10th) Finally "Normal"

After the July 5th Windsor Parke (Sunday) U.S. Kids Golf Tournament, we settled into our summer routine: daily golf practice, SummerBridge school work, cooking dinners, swimming and errands.
Tuesday, her school friend (Ryder) and family came for a swim and hotdog lunch. Fun for the kids and played some Wii games in the afternoon.
Wednesday was golf lesson at Orange County National in Orlando with Coach Jason (Foundation Golf Academy).
Thursday was a semi-normal routine day including a trip to the library. AA is reading the series Guardian of Ga'Hoole by Laskey and the Wolf series after that. She reads one of these books a day. We are glad she enjoys reading and now need to look for the next series of books that she will fall in love with!
Next up was a practice golf round at Cimarrone with Tori M. Of course, Daddy-Caddie didn't take any pictures! AA loves playing with Tori and the round went really well with AA shooting under par (for the U.S. Kids distances).
On Friday we all headed to the eye doctors - it's that time of year to catch up on all our medical preventive and wellness check-ups. I will write a separate post about AA's eye disorder. We are scheduled with a specialist Pediatric Eye Doctor in a week.

Hubby-Daddy found a hat he liked well enough to wear on the golf course; we need to keep the sun off us as much as possible!
