Pre-School - Quilt Square

AA attends a pre-school two-morning each week that has many parents who volunteer their time, many do crafts, give donations to the teachers. Last week, while the resource teacher cooked green eggs and ham, dear sweet hubby played the part of "Cat in the Hat", reading the book while the kids were being tempted to eat the green eggs.

AA also came home with a "quilt". The week before, a parent and her mother had brought in felt squares to personalize. Each child added their hand print and other fun things, then her mother (the child's grandmother) stitched each child's name on a square and all were quilted together.

Very cute! I think we will be framing this forever keepsake!
