Beach Time

While sitting the grands, I took Alivia and AA to the beach while DH stayed with Dylan with the hopes she would take a nap (Not!).
It was a beautiful day, very unusual for our northern part of Florida, we are usually still very cold this time of year. With T-shirts on over their bathing suits, we walked the crossover to the beach side. Livi told us there were monsters and we had to be quiet when walking on the wood pathway.
Two happy girls!
Beach sand fun, it was cool with the strong wind when a cloud went by, otherwise, it was so perfect, very little humidity!
There were many people near the surf edge as some fishermen with nets were there; we didn't get to see them cast the nets as they began to pick up and the crowd dispersed.
As you can see, the beach seems deserted, but there were many small groups walking, couples strolling, bikers and dog walkers steadily walking by.
The still happy, but goofy girls as we leave the beach.
A very pretty flower through out the brush - almost apricot color, small bell flowers.
It was a wonderful day for fun in the sun!

VERY Cold? Shirley, you jest. (Oh, did I just call you Shirley?)

When I see these two together I forget that they are aunt and niece....all I see are BEST friends for life.

They are both gorgeous as can be!
