Making the Cheesecakes

AA helped me make two cheesecakes this past weekend for our family birthday party. I only took a picture of the mini-chocolate chip cheesecake. The strawberry cheesecake, a new recipe, was very good so will make it again soon!

This baking session was different as AA had a new mixer that was a birthday gift from her Nana. She was in charge of the eggs and beat them a bit more than called for! Too much fun watching two mixers in motion. And yes, the toy mixer really works!

I did make a chocolate sauce and covered the top of the cheesecake..... more chocolate! All yummy desserts!

that looks good. trying to decide what kind to make for our womens ministry auction. Think i might do the chocolate chip with a caramel glaze. What did ya use for the crust? Wondering if the chocolate grahams would be too much.....
