Alyzabeth and I decided to rise and shine early, pick a few blueberries in our yard from our three bushes and munch happily away on them........
While walking back to the house with about a cup of berries left, I said let's make Daddy some muffins. So we did. Yummy! The old fashion kind that are not too big, not too sweet and hot out of the oven.
For pictures of the bushes, we posted a long time ago about getting a few berries before the birds eat them all!
AA did the stirring and spooning the batter into the tin:
We ate eight of the twelve with lots of butter! Only four left!

first of all, i'm so jealous of your bushes! blueberries are my FAVORITE fruit and i'd eat myself sick picking them before they made it into anything...but i've always loved muffins and thought i'd combine zucchinis and loads of other fruits/veggies into them to make them healthy and delicious but haven't found the time...you inspire me to find the time! yum!
Sorry I've dropped out of blogger-space this past year... thanks for reminding me to do some updates! AA is absolutely gorgeous, and apparently quite a whiz in the kitchen! Glad to see that everyone is doing so wonderfully!!
