We did lots of encouraging for AA to make a mess and have fun; BUT she really does not like to get her hands dirty!
Notice she uses only the tips of her fingers?
(the full size apron was loosely tied around her neck for a "bib"; made by AA's late great-Grandmother, E-E).
No big mess here!

Kerri used to be like that, until she discovered how much fun making a big huge mess could be!
Love her painting! Are you hanging that one up? (We have a whole wall dedicated to Kerri's masterpieces, in addition to the fridge and a big folder, lol).
By FAR the best artwork I ever received was made by the little fingers I love so much!

Finger painting is the best!!!! I just love her sweet pigtails:)
She is so adorable....as always!!! Sophie does the "prissy" finger painting too. We have to keep a wet towel in a little bowl just in case she gets too much on her fingers:)
what fun! Haven't tried this yet with Low - gonna have to!
Nora"s the same way - as soon as she gets something on her hand she's holding it up and asking to wash her hands. Certainly did not learn that from me!
