Pre-School

Alyzabeth brings home many pieces of school papers and art. She learns letters, counting, Bible verses; also crafts and music; all a part of their daily routine. I am saving a few of these but decided to take pictures of groups of them as we decide what to keep and what to throw away (I hate saying that!). This past week, the letters J & K were practiced, made a kite and the first Valentine Day's craft. I really liked the glitter heart with pink foam packing "peanuts" glued on! Too cute!

She also loves playing with Play-dough, but this is the first time she did something this abstract! I think it resembles the early thoughts of an Engineer.... What do you think?

I know what you mean! I bet the "keep" pile is higher than the latter:)

Love the abstract! We have a little crafter in our house too. Can't get enough crayons, glue and play doh!

I take photos individually of most of my son's projects and really great papers with the teacher's grades on them and then I make a slideshow online entitled 4th Grade, 5th Grade. It saves me lots of space. The best of them I hang for a bit and then give to Nana to keep them in his scrapbook..which means, keep the very best and then toss the rest.

I started the same process for our daughter but luckily the volume isn't there yet so I have it easy.
