When we returned from China we began measuring AA against a side wall to our kitchen. The marks are light so they do not show up very well other than the third photo.
While she has grown over 5 inches, Alyzabeth hasn't grown much in the past few months so we are hoping for a growth spurt soon!
AA wrote her initials on the wall too.... so far this is the only graffiti she has done in the house. She does have her own dry erase white board and an art easel; hopefully she will stick to these for doodling!

Holy smokes - 5 inches! WOW. I didn't even think to measure Abigail once we got home so I have no idea how much she's grown other than from the info I was given when we got her in China. Though whenever I am out in public I have many, even Chinese descent telling me how tall she is especially for being Chinese. I just smile and say 'thank you' as to me she doesn't seem tall at all but then I do see her everyday too.

AA sounds normal to me. They tend to grow in fits and spurts.
I did the same thing on our kitchen cabinet. It's amazing to see how they grow. We started the same thing for our little one too. Now I have to find a way to transfer it all because we're doing a kitchen reno and I don't want to lose this.

Lottie hardly ever grows...just very slowly each year. She is just beautiful.
