Somehow the Plants Know it is Christmas

I have a few Christmas cactus from my Grandmother's plant in Maine. I also received a white cactus from my cousins Gloria and Joan when this same Grandmother died (in 2000 at age 90 years old). Both plants (plus several slips from each one) seem to know when to blossom in unison. In Florida no less! One must wonder......

Merry Christmas!

Hey, I have the same Christmas cactus, in the same fushia color blooming right now too (And we're in the NorthPole ...err......Montreal.) :)

I love how it blooms on time each year.
