Three Word Sunday - Happy Anniversary Darling

No fancy pictures of us today; it is our 24th Anniversary and we will enjoy it as another day in the life as we now know it. We also remember Ford's Mom, as today was her birthday.
Yesterday, I saw some gladiolus in the local grocery and could not believe it. They surely are out of season. Why I love them? My Dad always bought them for my Mom on their anniversary. So for our anniversary I honor my parents too, with happy memories of those anniversary celebrations.

Today, a birthday party for our daughter and her sister, seeing all our Florida families and visiting with cousins we haven't seen for ages. It will be a great day.

Nana left a surprise for AA and we gave it to her today to open. What a great gift - lots of pots, pans and utensils for her kitchen. She happily baked and stirred at her kitchen stove. Of course, she would not look at the camera without complaining.


Speaking of complaining about having her picture taken, at her two morning a week preschool class, they took class pictures. Guess who would not let them take her picture alone? Yup, tears and all. We still don't understand but know that she experiences some pain or emotions with picture taking. I'm sure our China travel group remembers our picture struggles well.
With us she is usually fine. With others, it all depends. We just never know.

AA and Daddy enjoyed some couch time before getting ready for bedtime. AA will pose but the smiles... well we just have to catch her off guard. She is the sweetest thing and is so loving.
