We applied for AA's USA Passport a few weeks ago. No kidding, three weeks ago! It arrived in the mail this past Saturday!
The world is hers! Yahoo!!
One more thing I can cross off the "AA" To do List!!

3 weeks isn't too bad. We applied for Little T's ssn March 2 and just got it last week! What a mess that was. We re-adopted her in January and Raleigh hasn't recognized it yet so we still don't have her CoC let alone a birth certificate! No big deal really just as long as she has it before she starts school in a few years. :)

We still haven't done this for the Tongginator. It's been four years. Blush.
(We do have everything else, though - CoC, birth certificate, SSN.)

We've been procrastinating on this one, but will do it sometime this year as we plan on traveling in a year.
Wow what a time frame! I did not get my first passport until we decided to adopt.

Congrats - we need to get Ruby's passport POST HASTE as we are headed to France in September.
1) did you only take her US citizenship certificate?
2) did you get a FLA birth certificate?
we are working on her COLO birth certificate right now!
