We received these bows from the Bow Swap I participated in last month. They are from Christy S. of Kentucky (please stop by Christy and leave a comment or email me your blog, I am lost finding it...).
Thank you, they are all beautiful!
These three were bought from LiLiBug...... I love them!
The three from LiLiBug: sparkly heart clips and the pink polka dot flower clip are all so cute. Christy also made three of these herself! They are just as adorable. I would give anything to be more crafty. We have been wearing our new bows all day!
I also bought a new dress for AA from Target.
What do you think of this dress for Easter or Christening (she will be baptized this spring)?
I would start a poll but don't know how :) Just let me know if you think it is too boofy or old fashioned? I liked it for the embroidery flowers, ivory color and nice details (pink bow, under skirt, buttons down back not just at neck line, etc). If you think I should get something a little more contemporary, please speak up! There are lots more dresses to buy!
She would not let go of the dress price tag as she knows I usually cut them off before she wears her new clothes. She is VERY particular when she know things are not done "right"!!
She almost was knocked over by Salty Dog, as he is always hovering in the background; she took a few steps back to give him more room!
Back of the dress:
I won't even mention the chubby cheeks and arms. We let her eat all she wants (very few sweets, all "good" foods). Her face has filled out, I think it is time to limit what we put on her plate!!
Remember - Let me know about the dress!

Hugs..
Have a great weekend..
I love the dress~ definately a keeper!
I love the dress, a classic Easter dress and if you love it that is what is important.
It looks to be a PERFECT Easter dress. Now... if you put a bustle underneath it, then - THEN - it might be too old-fashioned. ;)
I love the dress. She looks like a little princess!
Ah geez....does it get any cuter? That dress looks fabulous on her. I say...do not even think about returning it! She looks lovely.

I love it too. I say it's a keeper. I think it would work for Easter OR a Christening.
IT'S GORGEOUS! She's so precious in it and love the pink bow! All she needs is an Easter hat and she's set! Good finding!
Hugs,
Ivy
Keep the dress! It's lovely and she looks adorable in it.
The dress is just gorgeous and it looks fantastic on AA. I would do it at Easter with a little pink or green bow in her hair...hummmmmmm....I wonder if you have any of those! :) and maybe a little pink girlie purse (my mom always did little Easter pocketbooks for us girls when we were that age) and some pastel shoes/ sandals.
I'm all for double duty...I'd use the dress for her Christening and use all white accessories (shoes/ bag/ barette) and white gloves. It is just such an elegant dress and I think AA will make quite the fashion statement in it!
She is more and more beautiful every day...don't you DARE put her on a diet...those little cheeks and arms are just so indicative of how healthy AA is and how happy she is in the arms of her Mama and Daddy.
perfect Easter dress.
you are kidding about the diet, right??
The dress looks perfect on AA. You are a wonderful mom. Diet may not be necessary now. How about let AA take a kid swim/gym class, or you can teach her yourself. That will serve the purpose, and more importantly, it's fun. AA might love it. Just a thought.
It's a perfect dress for both Easter and her christening! She looks great in it. Love the hairbows too and that she's leaving them in! Have a great week!
Janet
oh she is sooo cute and I love the new goodies on her!
Beautiful dress for a beautiful girl. A keeper.
I love the dress! I think you could use it for both events. But I'll admit that I'm extremely partial to pink and green (seen my nursery?). The dress is just beautiful! Love it LOVE IT!

Awe, she looks GREAT in that dress and the bow is just too cute!!!
Just confirming the rest of the comments. I think that dress is perfect! And I love those bows.
I believe I just registered for that dress at Tarjay! I think it is beautiful for any occasion.
Love the hairbows. I can't seem to have enough of them :) Thank goodness Sophia has a little hair.
What a princess!! The dress is perfect for any event you choose! Ford and Aly - I can't get over how much she and Sophie look alike. Hoping we can get together for play date at one of your favorite parks so the girls can meet.
Love the dress, and the hair clips, too.
A little jealous that you're already breaking out spring/summer clothing when it's still 20* here! {{{sigh}}}
LOVE the Dress!!!
But then I think a paper sack would look adorable of AA:)
That dress is beautiful! It's a keeper!
So beautiful! (as is the dress)
AA's hair is getting so long. Congratulations on five months of being her mommy and daddy, even though she was yours in your hearts for long, long before you finally had her home.
I hope that makes sense. Kavanna is teething and I'm not sleeping. Hence my "mommy brain".
Hugs,
Nina
Wow, the dress is adorable! I love it. And the bows are so cute too! I think it is the perfect outfit for a special occasion.
